The Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and physically capable Casual Environmental Field Assistants to support our on-ground revegetation programs.

This role is hands-on and outdoors, working as part of a team delivering planting and seeding projects across various sites. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being out in nature, and contributing to meaningful environmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tree planting and large-scale revegetation activities
• Support direct seeding and site preparation
• Undertake manual outdoor work across a variety of terrains
• Work collaboratively within a field-based team environment
• Follow instructions and contribute to efficient project delivery
• Adhere to work health and safety requirements in outdoor settings

About You

• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in environmental conservation or land restoration (desirable)
• Driver’s licence and own transport (desirable, depending on site locations)
