GraceWell Group is urgently seeking eight experienced Sheet Metal Workers for a critical short-term project at the Murrin Murrin mine site in Western Australia. 

If you have strong industrial sheet metal and cladding experience and can mobilise quickly, this is an opportunity to step straight into a busy FIFO project with accommodation and meals supplied on site. 

THE PROJECT 

• 8 positions available 
• Murrin Murrin mine site, Western Australia 
• Approximately 3-4 weeks 
• 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week 
• $61.48 per hour flat rate 
• FIFO from Perth 
• Camp accommodation and meals provided on site 
• Immediate mobilisation required 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

You will undertake industrial sheet metal and cladding work using light-gauge materials, approximately 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm, including aluminium, stainless steel and galvanised steel. 

• Fabricating and installing industrial metal cladding 
• Cladding piping, vessels and equipment 
• Measuring, cutting, forming and fitting sheet metal components 
• Working safely and efficiently in a mine-site environment 
• Working alongside insulation and project crews 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Proven sheet metal experience in an industrial environment 
• Industrial insulation cladding and/or metal cladding experience 
• Experience with aluminium, stainless steel and galvanised steel 
• Working at Heights 
• Strong safety awareness and quality workmanship 
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts 
• Own trade tools 
• Ability to complete medical, onboarding and site induction requirements 
• Valid Australian work rights 
• Availability to mobilise ASAP 

INTERSTATE CANDIDATES WELCOME 

You do not need to live in Western Australia. Interstate candidates are welcome to apply, however you will need to arrange and pay for your own travel to Perth and any accommodation required in Perth. FIFO travel from Perth to site, camp accommodation and meals while on site are covered. 

SELECTION AND MOBILISATION 

No pre-employment trade test is currently required. Shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by the project team and a Verification of Competency will be completed on site. Additional site-specific ticket requirements will be confirmed during mobilisation.
